I was born and raised in Thailand. For Thai people, food has a role in every occasion. Living far away from my motherland now, cooking has become an important way for me to bring back all the good memories.
When I came to my new country I started cooking more and I got to explore and learn about other cuisines as well. I always treasure spending time in the kitchen cooking for the people I love and trying new recipes.
I love to cook, and I love taking photos and sharing recipes with the people who also have cooking as their passion.
I always remember someone saying “Cookery is not chemistry. It is an art. It requires instinct and taste rather than exact measurements”. This is just like creating Thai cuisine. We don’t have measurements; we just go by our own tastes. The recipes I post on this blog are just a guide, and I suggest you always go by your own tastes.
Finally, I thanks my family, friends and colleagues who support and encourage me to cook, as well as all the foodies who share their recipes and inspire me.
