Massaman beef curry (แกงมัสมั่นเนื้อ), the famous Thai beef curry with potatoes. Many people think this dish would be really hard to make, but let me show you an easier version that is still more than satisfactory.

This how I like to cook it, and I might just say it is better than the dishes you get as take away from some restaurants.

Steamed Tilapia Fish

Steamed tilapia with vegetables and chilli & tomato relish is among my favourite fish dishes. The greater the variety of accompanying vegetables you can find the better. This dish is particularly good with sticky rice.

My visit to Ayutthaya, Thailand

I’m back in Thailand for my holiday. Among the places I have visited this trip is Ayutthaya. Ayutthaya is the ancient capital city of Siam, a pre-Thai Kingdom, before the role was taken by Thonburi and now Bangkok. It is only an hour’s drive from Bangkok. The city is famous for its historical ruins, temple complex and giant freshwater prawns (river prawns)
