Today I will introduce you to my marvelous salmon red curry with water spinach.This is a dish that I really enjoy making, and oh my goodness it tastes delicious.

Ingredients
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp red curry paste
1/4 coconut cream
1.5 cup coconut milk
Fish sauce, to taste
A pinch of Salt
Plam sugar / white sugar to taste
Tamarind sauce
Water spinach
Salmon fillet
Kafir lime, seed removed
Kafir lime leaves
